In 2002, Jerry Jr. and Patti Nelson, along with Jerry Sr. and Connie Nelson launched J & J Concepts, LLC.. This company is a lifetime dream formed from a unified passion for building exceptional homes. Together we have developed a well deserved reputation for building timeless, unique homes, each with its own individual character.
Founders
Jerry Nelson Jr. is J & J Concepts principle project manager. His exceptional vision for your project ensures that your home will be built with only the finest materials and craftsmanship. Jerry Jr. heads J & J’s vision to maximize all spaces that might otherwise be underutilized. His aptitude for planning and his knowledge of current products make him J & J Concepts team leader.
Patti Nelson is our Residential/Interior Designer and Finance Manager. She is passionate about creating one of a kind angled floor plans, and works with each J&J Concepts client to determine your lifestyle and design needs. Patti’s goal is to provide you with a well proportioned, unique environment that connects your interior and exterior elements into your “dream” home. Patti will help your dream home become a reality, your special “haven.” As a J&J Homeowner, you will also work with her to track budgets and monthly expenditures for your project. This hands on approach ensures our clients that they will be kept informed of their current project costs.
Lori GilChrist is J & J Concepts accounting manager. She brings over 15 years of bookkeeping experience to the J & J Concepts team.
Jerry Nelson Sr. was our Finance Manager. We have all felt a tremendous loss due to his passing in October 2009. He was truly a dedicated, honest, and loyal father and business partner. His vision and strong values in helping others achieve their dreams are deeply rooted in this company. He is greatly missed by all who had the honor and opportunity to know and work with him.
